Our standard support hours are Monday through Friday, 8 AM–6 PM Mountain Time. For urgent issues outside these hours, including weekends, we do our best to respond quickly and provide emergency support or maintenance as needed.

We provide sample call reviews during onboarding and after go-live. Clients also have access to recordings and transcripts (if enabled) to ensure quality.

Yes. We can configure additional safeguards if you operate in healthcare. By default, all data is encrypted in transit and at rest.

You do. Clients own all caller data, scripts, and business information. We own the platform and underlying AI models.

Yes. Clients have access to call logs, recordings and transcripts via the client portal. Data can also be deleted if you end the service.

The AI sometimes mishears or may provide incomplete answers. That’s why you provide approved scripts and escalation rules. Whenever it’s unsure or a flagged topic appears, it can transfer the caller to a human contact.

Our agents use professional, natural-sounding voices. Plus, callers can always be transferred to a human contact if they prefer.

No. The AI is not a substitute for emergency services. If a caller indicates an emergency, it delivers a disclaimer and directs them to dial 911.

No, services are month-to-month unless you request a longer term. You can cancel with 30 days’ notice.
